Beat egg whites stiff, add 2 T sugar and beat very well. I think the instructions are saying to keep adding 2T at a time until 6T are added, then fold in the remaining by hand.

Swirl tops with toothipick and colored sugar or silver ball.

Says bake at 250*, but doesn't give a time. If memory serves me, it's very very short.
