Mix in blender the tomato juice, hot sauce, eggs, onion, worcestire sauce, and clove of garlic.

(Not much instruction in the original recipe ... guessing ) Blend the mixture into the meats, add bread crumbs as needed to form a patty-like consistency, then form into a loaf and bake.

When the baking is done, drain out all but 1-2 Tbsp of fat, and add 2 T cornstartch to make a roux.
