dry milk powder

whole wheat flour

all purpose-flour

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13x9x2 pan

In a large bowl, combine cereal, bran, wheat germ, orange peel, orange juice, dried fruit, egg, oil, applesauce, honey, and dry milk powder. Blend well. Let set 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine flours and soda. Add to the first mixture and blend well.

Spread batter evenly in pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.

Cool.
